The Edge, mfg'd by Essco, is a unique, easy-to-use precision electronic instrument designed to set doctors to both the proper contact angle and level. Particularly important for critical doctors used on high-speed machines. Overall in Good Condition, works great, lots of life left. Provides doctor angle readings on any size roll accurate to 1/10th of one degree! Level settings are equally precise-far exceeding that obtainable with bubble type levels. The Edge can be used for virtually any general purpose angle or level determination. It can be used to establish or check horizontal, vertical, or inclined surfaces, as well as to establish top-dead-center or circumferential points on a circular surface.
